Something that has grown into a bit of a specialty for me the last couple of years are 3/4 view crowd scenes. They play to a lot of my strengths - attention to detail, character design, being able to hide references and jokes, etc. Some of them have turned into major work like the ICANN Wiki map and the Powell's Books illustration.
