my name is jonathan hill and i'm an illustrator/cartoonist living in portland, oregon. some of my clients include the portland mercury, the seattle metropolitan, the asian reporter, mun 2 [a subsidiary of NBC universal], and hyphen magazine.

2008 will see my comics and illustrations published by tugboat press, fantagraphics books, image comics, and three rivers press, an imprint of random house, inc.

so i have finally moved and updated the art section with some of the work i have done this summer as well as some of the 'best of' political cartoons i did this year for the asian reporter in the art section. please take a moment to browse the new stuff.

the brownpaperbag site is LIVE! we will be posting all sorts of news and drawings and other crap on there real soon, so be sure to check it out when you get the chance. this website will be used mainly as my portfolio and will only post real important news on here.
